A couple of years back, I had been to Hyderabad for a conference...To be honest, me and my colleagues were more excited to explore the city than attending the sleep-inducing lectures...
During the 3-day stay in the 'city of pearl' or 'land of biryani', we managed to see the iconic attractions...

The crowded Charminar....the lively markets selling the shiny trinkets and fabrics were certain to awaken the shopaholic in anybody..

The Indian version of Universal Studios, 'the Ramoji film-city'....

The Salar Jung museum..a must-see for those interested in the history of Hyderabad....

The spicy and sour, gourmet lunch.....
